I have acquired Mirk from my very good, gracious friend Joe Cesar while visiting Brazil. He arrived at 10 months old, and I immediately began training him. Mirk is a talented, very keen young dog, which seems much older than his age. He is full of swagger, confidence, and is becoming a very competitive trial dog.

Mirk is competing in open field trials (as a Nursery dog). Mirk has already placed 2nd in one large field trial.
Mirk has sired several litters of pups. His offspring are early maturing, keen and take to training well. Several have already placed well in field trial competitions.
Mirk’s Sire Kinloch Cian, is a smooth-coated, prick-eared, tri-colored son of Meg (2012 Reserve Welsh Champion) and Jamie (who has won a lot trial in United Kingdom and Europe). As ayoungster, Cian was always into mischief, very enthusiastic and absolutely desperate to work.
He became a double Brazilian National Champion when he won the Ranch category on sheep and cattle. In 2011 he was 3rd in the Open Cattle competition at the Brazilian National Championships.
Mirk’s dam Rebecca is a short coat tri-color bitch and is also a very good strong trial dog on both sheep and cattle. When not competing, Rebecca works on a large cattle operation by her owner, FernandoBautz . The back of Rebecca’s pedigree has dogs that wereimported from USA and United Kingdom. She is fast, intense, powerful, and smart. She has produced some very nice dogs. Hersire, Doc, was 2005 Brazilian National Champion Open Sheep and Third Place Ranch Cattle. Rebeca was 2010 Reserve National Champion Ranch Sheep and in 2012 Brazilian National Champion Open Cattle and Third Place in Open Sheep.
She has qualified for 2014 World Championship (Scotland).
